Nothing like the start of a fresh new season to try new things or just veer off the usual course. A few days ago Meg from The Wild and Wiley Ways of a Brunette Bombshell put up a very intriguing post. She and another friend of hers decided to create a list of things to try for Wellness. It’s really an experiment to see what happens when you set out to make change and what comes of it. It almost or pretty much resembles a 12 Step Program for Wellness. I’ve decided to follow along and see what happens.
